Consume one item and read its effect

Use /use item:<item-id> only for an owned consumable. The service refuses missing, unusable, or unowned items. It removes one item, applies configured positive credit, energy, and EXP effects, and caps energy at your maximum. Item Used shows the item and the reported effects or No effect; consuming an item does not guarantee a useful effect or level-up. Inspect inventory, balance, and stats after uncertainty before consuming another item. State is saved before the later transaction record and reply.
